Enhance your emotional intelligence (EI) for workplace leadership. This course is designed for leaders and emerging leaders. Participants will explore the five core components of EI and how they influence personal and professional effectiveness. Participants will develop a strategy to further enhance EI competencies, and will apply EI skills to real-world situations through practical exercises and simulations.
Participation in the EQi 2.0/EQi 360 assessments may be added to your course package.
