In this highly interactive six-hour workshop, K–12 educators will gain the practical tools and confidence needed to bring AI into any classroom. Participants will learn to create a clear,
student-friendly AI glossary, identify and showcase AI examples, and apply an ethics checklist to select classroom-appropriate tools. Through guided activities, they will adapt existing lessons with brief AI exploration segments and design a fully structured AI learning task, then pilot it with peers for real-time feedback. The workshop is organized into two 2-hour sessions each followed by 1-hour practical activities. By day’s end, teachers will be equipped to lead meaningful AI explorations, foster critical thinking, and personalize learning for their students.

Mon to Fri, 9:00am - 5:20pm

Working through the construction of knit apparel items, this course will focus on working with specialty industrial knit machinery. Through practical application and understanding of machinery capabilities, projects will include constructing apparel items such as a pair of leggings, an athletic t-shirt, a sports bra, and a swimsuit.

Tuesday 6:00pm - 8:50pm

Working through the construction of apparel items the course content will focus on working with woven fabric. Projects will include apparel items such as constructing a collared shirt, and pair of pants with techniques touching on setting in sleeves, sewing on a collar, waistband, pocket types, and button and zipper closures.

Online Sync: Monday 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Build strong connections, fulfilling and productive relationships with peers and within teams. In this course, you will learn about team dynamics and stages of team development, how to build trust and psychological safety within team, common sources of conflict and how to resolve it constructively. Interpersonal skills gained in the course will help develop strong relationships among peers and team members. Join us to enhance your teamwork and your relationships with your colleagues!
