Join us for this introductory course to learn about basic beer evaluation, essential beer serving and presentation fundamentals for all beer lovers, whether you’re working in a brewery or the hospitality industry, or just curious to know more about beer.

 

This online course will consist of seven segments ranging between 20 and 90 minutes in length. Topics will include: sensory basics, introduction to beer styles, beer flavour vocabulary and proper beer serving.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after finishing the full course.

Are you a home brewer that's been brewing other people's recipes but wanting to create your own or improve your home-brewed beers? Magic can happen with just four simple ingredients!

Join us for an introduction to basic beer recipe design for people with some home brewing or very limited brewing experience.

This online, asynchronous course will consist of six segments ranging between 35 and 70 minutes in length.

This course will cover the basic calculations to determine the amount of water, malt, hops, and yeast to produce a specified quantity of beer.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after finishing the full course.
