Workplace conflicts, though inevitable, are an uncomfortable situation for those involved in it that can quickly escalate into a major problem if left unaddressed. As such, conflicts need to be managed effectively. In this course, participants will learn strategies and practical tools of managing workplace conflict effectively.
Through hands-on learning, participants will
- reflect on their own strengths and opportunities for conflict management
- learn about different types of workplace conflict and conflict management strategies
- apply the five core conflict management strategies to different workplace scenarios
