Have you ever wanted to learn more about how your favourite beverage is made, from wort to fermenting beer?  

Fermentation is an important process for some of our most popular food and drinks, including beer and kombucha.

Learn the basic principles of wort production and fermentation for people with very basic or no brewing experience.

This online, asynchronous course will consist of five segments ranging between 70 to 120 minutes each in length.

Topics will include: summary of basic brewing steps, unit operations related to mashing, wort separation, boiling and fermentation.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after finishing the full course.
